Alex Salmond and the Kremlin-funded chat show

When I first heard the news that Alex Salmond was going to try his hand at becoming the next Graham Norton, I almost pissed myself with laughter. Not only does Alex lack the confidence, charisma, humour, intelligence and creativity to actually make it a success, he also doesn’t realise that RT has only offered him this format because it aids the Kremlin’s agenda.

Dealing with the facts

I sometimes feel wasted as a journalist. I worry that I’m going to end up spending my life copy and pasting press releases or commenting on the tittle-tattle of Westminster. But since working on a project to do with looking at the ‘Westminster Bubble’, I’ve decided there is to be no more of that nonsense and instead, if I can’t justify my own journalism, then I’m not interested.
